DAY 1

Arrival to RBC in the morning, settle into your accommodation and be served a light lunch. We begin with kayaking in the pool and cover the basics to build your confidence in the boat. How to get in and out of the boat, basic paddling and rescue techniques. You can also try the Eskimo-roll. In the late afternoon we meet our yoga guru and do our first 1,5 hour yoga session on the beach.

Join us for a traditional Nepali dinner of organic, locally sourced foods and fall asleep to the sounds of crickets and the river below.

DAY 2

We start the day early with a hot coup of tea and then our morning yoga session focusing on wakening the body with the sun. After breakfast we start the rafting with a safety brief and then set out on the Trisuli River. We paddle through the dramatic valley and punch some great waves!

After the trip we return to the camp in time for lunch. Enjoy a the afternoon, cooling down in our pool, playing volleyball or just relax with a good book before the next yoga session starts.

DAY 3

Rising in the early morning for yoga on the beach and today we pay extra attention to the breath and how our body is feeling in each position.

After breakfast we do a trip to the close by temple of goddess Manakamana – this temple is a pilgrimage site for hindus and the goddess is said to fulfil your deepest wishes. The temple is located at the top of a mountain range at 1 302 meters and used to be difficult to reach, today there is a cable car taking us on a beautiful ride from to the top. After learning about and experiencing a pilgrimage site, teeming with life,  burning incents and sadhus praying. We return to the camp for afternoon yoga, a good dinner and interesting conversations.

DAY 4

Starting just before the sunrise for our final morning yoga session. We focus on being in the moment, enjoying what a blessing it is to be alive.

After breakfast we prepare and brief you before setting out towards the canyon. We use our own explored beautiful waterfalls for canyoneering and the walk there is an experience in itself, walking through fields, small trails up the hills and into the jungle. We jump and slide the smaller waterfalls and abseil with rope and harness down the bigger ones. A real thrill and cool adventure – hang on a vertical cliff with water splashing on your head!
We return to the camp for lunch and a rest before you head towards your next destination.

- No previous experience of yoga or activites needed. The guru will adjust the yoga practise on an individual basis.
